A different woman can lead each gathering, creating space for connection, practice, and shared reflection. Times will vary, but will most likely take place during a weekday lunch hour.

Most eveything will live inside our private space on Heartbeat—where content, connection, and course info all in one place. Accessible on desktop or mobile. No endless email threads or scattered links. Telegram will be used for audio notes.

You can take a slower pace if you desire but the commnity and momentum will be during the 6 week course so do you best to pariticapte and stay connected to the weekly work. You will have acess to the course for 1 year.

Plan for1-2 hours per week to do the homework and physical movememnts.

Yes. This is a global, online offering. All calls are recorded, and all resources are digital. The only requirement is a good internet connection and a willigness to partiicapte.

One to ones are on the deeper path otherwise you can use telegram to leave notes for Ayesha. There will also be opporttinies in the live sessions.

There are no refunds but you can transfer your class to another.
