A 6-Week Reset in Love, Patterns, and Partnership

NEXT COHORT BEGINS APRIL 18 /

14-40.png

A Few Good Women is a six-week immersive experience devoted to dissolving old patterns, learning to love what once felt unlovable, and developing the relational skills that allow connection to grow and last. Through guided teachings, reflection, and community practice, we begin to see what keeps repeating and gain the awareness to choose differently. When relationships are working, life opens up — more energy, more creativity, more pleasure — and we all deserve a love that makes us happier, hornier, and more prosperous.

Relationships are…

  • A reflection of what we believe about ourselves, whether we admit it or not

  • A litmus test for our self-worth, our standards, and our capacity to receive love

  • A place where our highest hopes meet our deepest conditioning

  • A spiritual refinement process that shows us exactly where we are still guarded, afraid, or performing

  • A chance to experience immense fulfillment — and also to face the parts of ourselves we would rather avoid

  • A mirror for the patterns we learned in family, culture, and past relationships

  • A place where love can grow us, but also where our oldest defenses come out

  • One of the clearest ways to see what we truly believe we deserve

When this work is applied...

  • Old patterns begin to loosen, and new ways of relating start to take root

  • You stop chasing love and start becoming someone who can hold it

  • The story you tell yourself about relationships begins to change

  • What once felt confusing starts to make sense

  • You learn how to stay open without losing yourself

  • Love becomes something you can build, not something you hope for

  • The seeds of a new love story begin inside you first, then show up in the world around you

  • With steadiness and care, what you plant now can grow into the kind of relationship you once thought wasn’t possible

DATING / MATING / RELATING

The relationship you desire magnetizes based on
who are you are being, what you believe,
and how you move in the world.

Before the love appears in your life, it grows inside you.

wanted: women who are ready for love.

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek
and find all the barriers within yourself that you
have built against it, and embrace them.

The Story Behind A Few Good Women

Five years ago, I was a few years out of a marriage that had ended with a lot of love, but still ended. I could feel myself starting to open again, starting to wonder what love would look like the next time, and I had the sense that I wasn’t the only one in that place.

So I gathered a small group of women and invited them into an experiment.

Instead of swiping, instead of chasing, instead of trying to figure everything out from the outside, we agreed to pause and look inward together.
We spent time studying our patterns, our fears, our habits in relationships, and the ways we unknowingly blocked the very love we said we wanted.

The intention was simple:
to look honestly,
to do the work lovingly,
and to let the hand of providence move where it needed to move.

What happened was more powerful than I expected.

During that time, I met the man who would become my beloved, but not in a straight line, not in a perfect story. It came through a deeper process of getting to know myself, facing things I hadn’t wanted to face, and learning how to be in relationship in a new way. One woman from that group met her partner during the experiment, and they later married. Others began dating again, but differently this time, with more clarity, more steadiness, and more self-knowledge. And just a few months ago, I heard from someone who had been part of that original circle. She told me she had recently reconnected with a man she met during the A Few Good Women experiment years ago, and now they are together again in a completely different way.

That’s when I knew it was time to open this space again.

This round includes the original archive of eleven Love Lab videos from the first series, along with new guidance, new community, and a clear shared intention:

to remove what lives within us that blocks the natural flow of love,
and to become women who can recognize it, allow it, and grow it when it arrive

For The Woman Who Is Ready.

Whether you’re single, dating, healing, divorced, or in a relationship that doesn’t fully satisfy you…this work is for women who are ready to stop repeating the same story in love.

You keep meeting the same type of man in different bodies.

You want devotion, safety, and real partnership, but something always falls apart.

You want a love that feels natural, mutual, grown, and real.

You’re strong, independent, and capable — but relationships still bring out your confusion.

You can see other people’s patterns clearly… but not always your own.

You want passion and stability, but don’t know how to have both at the same time.

Everything changes when we change.

Here’s what women are really craving when they come into this work:

A Vision That’s Clear and

The Ability To See Your Patterns Clearly

Not to shame yourself, but to finally understand why the same situations keep happening.

To Become A Woman Who Can Actually Receive Love When It Arrives

Not sabotage it.
Not overthink it.
Not push it away.

Emotional Skills Most People Were Never Taught

How to communicate,

how to choose, how to stay open without collapsing, how to stay strong without closing.

To Stop Attracting What You Don’t Actually Want

No more confusing intensity with love, or chaos with passion.

A Love That Supports Your Life Instead Of

Draining It

Good relationships don’t take your energy —
they free it.

A Few Good Women

This is a 6-week guided and self-guided experience.
A good relationship doesn’t land in your lap. It is built, brick by brick.
The foundation begins with who you are at any moment.

So this experience will ask something of you:
your devotion, your curiosity, your participation.

Love is active.
Love is a verb, not just a feeling.
And even more than that, it’s a set of skills.

When you learn to be with all of who you are, you become capable of offering that to someone else.
Not perfectly, but honestly.

This is where love shifts from something you hope for to something you can actually hold.
From something that happens to you, to something you consciously participate in.

And over time, what you build from that place doesn’t just feel good in the moment,
it lasts.

YOUR GUIDE FOR A FEW GOOD WOMEN

Relationship work is really about the refinement and cultivation of the self. Any and all devoted acts create a ripple outside of our lives. This time for the reboot I bring a new depth of soma to the work. Somatic = embodiment.
